With over 30 years of experience in the development sector, and over 60 years in construction, APL Sophocleous Developments LTD has the expertise and knowledge to bring ideas into reality. Descending from generations of builders, contractors, architects and engineers, our legacy enables us to outperform by integrating hands-on knowledge with design and procedures. Our design and build team produces most of our projects in-house, both for private clients and for our own developments.
